A bit of everything that keeps a business running. Admin, inbox and calendar management, CRM setup, automation, social media, web updates, online course platforms, pitch decks, eBooks, graphic design. If it's operational or creative work, chances are I do it.

How do you charge for your services?

It depends on what you need. I do both ongoing retainers and one-off projects. I'll talk about your situation and I'll put together something that makes sense for your budget.

Yes, I work with clients across North America, the UK, and Europe, and time zones have never been a blocker in the years I've been doing this remotely.

What is your typical response time?

For new inquiries I reply within 24 hours on business days, and inside a retainer I'm usually back to you the same business day during the working hours I agreed with you.

For sure. A lot of my clients started with a single project. Website setup, automating a workflow, building a pitch deck. If it's a one-and-done thing, that works too.

Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Keap, Asana, Trello, Zapier, social media platforms, AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude. If you use something I haven't worked with before, I'll learn it.
