I'm Valentina, and Rellatech is how I help businesses, agencies, and nonprofits with teams cover both sides of the work: senior admin support day to day, and the technical side (CRM, automation, reporting, websites, integrations) that most in-house teams struggle to manage on their own.
Hi, I'm Valentina, founder of Rellatech.
I started Rellatech to give businesses and startups with teams the kind of senior support I saw them missing: one person who could handle both the everyday admin work and the technical operations work, communicate clearly with the team, and take real responsibility for getting things finished, not just started.
On the admin side, I take on the recurring coordination, documentation, follow-through, and internal housekeeping that eats into a leadership team's week. On the technical side, I run CRMs (Keap, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign and more), build automations across Zapier and Make, set up reporting and dashboards, and maintain websites, landing pages, and online course platforms.
Rellatech is founder-led, which means you always work directly with me. No account managers, no rotating contractors, no handoffs where context disappears. One person handles the admin, the technical work, and the follow-through, so the small details do not fall through the gaps between people.
I have supported founders, agency owners, executive directors, and operations leads across Canada, the US, the UK, and Australia. Most engagements start as a single messy project and grow into a long-term retainer, because once the systems settle, teams want the same person to keep running them.
