Case Studies
A look behind the curtain at the systems, automations, and cleanups I have shipped for real clients. Each one started with a mess, and ended with something that holds.

My Approach
A client tells me something is broken, slow, or eating their week. I sit with it long enough to understand the actual problem, not just the surface complaint. Then I build the smallest thing that fixes it, document how it works, and hand it back in a way they can keep running without me.
The case studies on this page are the receipts. Real systems, real screenshots, real tradeoffs. Each one is here because the work held up after I stepped away.
I map the workflow before I touch a tool. The first call is mostly questions. What is the real bottleneck, what have you already tried, what does done look like.
Smallest possible fix first. Tested with real data, not demo data. Documented as I go so nothing lives only inside my head.
Loom walkthrough, written SOP, and a clear plan for how the system gets maintained without me. The goal is to make myself optional.
Patterns
Inherited Drives, half-built automations, abandoned CRMs. Every project on this page started with chaos a previous freelancer or team had walked away from.
I do not build systems that need me to keep them alive. Every workflow here is documented well enough that the client can train someone else into it.
Most of these projects took less time than the client expected. The skill is not in the hours, it is in finding the smallest change that unlocks the biggest result.
If a project should not happen, I say so on the discovery call. Several of the best case studies started with me talking a client out of a much bigger build.
"Valentina took something I had been avoiding for two years and turned it into a workflow I now run in fifteen minutes a week. She did not just fix it, she made it boring, in the best possible way."
Course Creator, Repeat Client
Your Project
Most of the projects on this page started as a single sentence in an email. If you have a system that is bleeding time, an integration that keeps breaking, or a Drive nobody wants to open, send it through. I will tell you straight whether it is something I can help with.
Admin, inbox, design, automation, you name it. Rellatech handles all the moving parts so you don't have to.
