I build automations in Zapier, Make and Google Apps Script, and in the workflow tools inside GoHighLevel, Keap and Kit. For Selling Circus, a signed DocuSign contract now sets up the student in Thinkific and ActiveCampaign without anyone retyping it. I test every path before I switch it on, and I write down how it works.

For the head of a national nonprofit, I kept calendars, correspondence and review requests moving across several teams. I also prepare board and committee records and track documents through to signature.

I plan content calendars, design posts in Canva, edit short videos in DaVinci Resolve and schedule everything in Buffer, Later or Meta Business Suite. For Kibbi, I planned posts by audience, with one message and one link for each group they work with.
