The final quote reflects the work involved, its complexity and the level of responsibility you need me to take.

Your proposal sets the price and payment terms, and the contract records them. If your needs change, we discuss the adjustment and any additional cost before expanding the work.

    Your written scope sets out

    • The responsibilities and deliverables covered
    • The agreed workload and support schedule

    One person for connected responsibilities.

Administrative, operational and technical tasks often overlap. A client onboarding process might involve documents, emails, scheduling, CRM updates and coordination with your team.

My experience allows me to handle a range of those connected responsibilities within one support arrangement. That can reduce the need to hire and coordinate several people for closely related work.

You have one consistent point of contact who learns your business, tracks the details and follows through.

    Pricing questions.

Are your prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes. All prices on this page are in Canadian dollars.

How is the price for my work set?

Your proposal sets the price, based on the type of work, complexity, volume and level of responsibility involved.

What does an ongoing arrangement include?

We agree on the responsibilities, expected workload and available capacity before work begins. Your proposal explains what is included so we have a shared basis for planning and prioritizing requests.

Can I change my level of support?

Yes. We can review the arrangement as your needs change and agree on an updated scope, price and schedule, subject to availability.

Can I combine administrative, operations and technical support?

Yes. Your arrangement can include a combination of these services. We define the responsibilities and priorities so the workload fits the agreed capacity.

Can I start with a project?

Yes. Many clients start with one small project, such as cleaning up a CRM pipeline, building one automation or writing one SOP. I quote it before I start, so you can see how I work before agreeing to anything ongoing.

    How quickly can we start?

We agree on a start date before work begins. Once the proposal and contract are accepted, I set up access, confirm priorities and begin the agreed tasks. Urgent fixes can be prioritised within that scope; larger changes are reviewed with you first.

Will I know what has been completed?

Yes. You receive a weekly written update outlining completed work, ongoing tasks, outstanding decisions and upcoming priorities.

Can you work alongside an executive or an existing team?

Yes. My experience includes supporting executives, business owners and large teams. We agree on reporting lines, request priorities and approval responsibilities at the start.

How do you handle confidential information?

We establish confidentiality and access requirements before work begins. I can sign an NDA and follow your agreed procedures for handling business information.

Tell me what you would like to hand over.

You do not need to choose a support level before getting in touch. Describe the work, how often it needs attention and where you need dependable follow-through. I will recommend an appropriate starting point and explain the scope and price.
