Monthly plans at Rellatech start at $1,400 per month (Starter, 40 hours included) and go up to $4,800 per month (Partner, 160 hours included), depending on hours, complexity, and the tools involved. Every tier is a flat monthly fee. Overseas freelancers can be cheaper on paper but often need more supervision and rarely handle CRM, automation, or reporting work end to end.

Is hiring a virtual assistant cheaper than hiring an employee?

Usually yes. A virtual assistant is a contractor, so there is no payroll tax, benefits, equipment, training runway, or severance. You pay for the hours or the retainer and nothing else. For most businesses that need 20 to 80 hours a month of operations or systems work, a virtual assistant costs 40 to 60 percent less than an employee doing the same scope.

Yes. Rellatech takes both short project work (a CRM migration, a website rebuild, a Keap automation buildout) and ongoing monthly retainers. Project work is quoted flat. Retainers are billed monthly with a fixed hour allotment.

Start with the work that eats the most time and does not need your judgement: inbox triage, meeting scheduling, CRM data entry, invoice tracking, weekly reports, and social media scheduling. Once those are stable, layer in automation and systems work.

Yes. Rellatech specializes in Keap and Keap Max Classic (formerly Infusionsoft). That includes tag cleanup, campaign builds, opportunity pipelines, integrations with Zoom, Teachable, Wufoo, OnceHub, and webhooks, plus fixing broken automations you inherited from a previous consultant.

How do you keep my data and passwords secure?

Passwords are shared through a password manager (1Password or LastPass), never over email or chat. Access is scoped to the tools I actively use, and any access can be revoked at any time. Client files stay in your own Google Drive, Dropbox, or SharePoint. Rellatech is based in Canada, so PIPEDA applies by default, and I sign NDAs when the client asks.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. If you need one before I discuss the work, send it over and I will sign it. If you do not have one, I can provide a standard mutual NDA.

How do I communicate with you day to day?

Most clients use Slack, email, or Loom videos. Standing check-ins are booked in Google Calendar or the client's preferred tool. Ad-hoc work goes through a shared task board (Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or Trello) so nothing lives only in someone's inbox.

What time zone do you work in?

Atlantic Time (Canada). Overlap with US Eastern is four hours a day at minimum, and with UK and EU clients I shift the workday earlier. Australia and New Zealand clients typically get async delivery with one live call per week.

Discovery call happens within a week. If I agree with you on scope, onboarding usually starts within seven to ten business days. Urgent Keap or website fixes can start sooner.

You are ready when: you can list the tasks you want off your plate, the tools those tasks live in are set up (even if messy), and you have 3 to 5 hours a week to onboard someone. If you cannot answer those, start with a systems audit before hiring anyone.
