Infusionsoft has been called Keap Max Classic since 2019, but everybody still searches "Infusionsoft consultant" because that is the name on the account and on the campaigns they inherited from someone five years ago. If you are reading this, you probably already have an account that has gotten messy, expensive, or both.
Here is what a good Infusionsoft consultant actually does, what it costs, and when it is worth paying for.
The work, in plain English
- ●Audit the account. Pull every active campaign, every tag, every saved search, and find what is firing, what is broken, and what is duplicated.
- ●Clean up tags. Most Keap Max Classic accounts I open have 300 to 800 tags. Maybe 60 of them matter. The rest are leftover from launches that ended in 2021.
- ●Rebuild the campaigns that actually drive revenue. Welcome series, lead nurture, application or sales sequence, post-purchase, win-back.
- ●Fix the integrations. Forms (Wufoo, Gravity, Typeform), calendars (Acuity, Calendly), payment (Stripe, PayPal, Thrivecart), and course platforms (Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific) all need to talk to Keap correctly.

What it costs in 2026
Pricing varies wildly depending on country, experience, and whether you are hiring a one-person consultant or an agency. Rough ranges from what I see in the market:
- ●Hourly: $75 to $200 USD
- ●Full audit + rebuild project: $1,500 to $6,000 USD
- ●Monthly retainer (a few hours of cleanup and small builds): $400 to $1,500 USD
- ●Agency packages: $2,500 to $10,000+ per month, usually includes paid ads too
If the quote you get is much cheaper than this range, ask exactly who is doing the work. Keap Max Classic is one of the few platforms where a cheap setup costs you more in lost revenue than a real one ever would.
When to actually hire one
- ●You inherited the account and have no idea what is running.
- ●Campaigns stopped firing and nobody knows why.
- ●Your tag list is a graveyard and you avoid opening it.
- ●You are paying for Keap Max Classic and only using broadcasts.
- ●You are about to migrate to or from Keap and need a clean handoff.
