Monthly performance reports, board decks, and dashboards that lead with the answer instead of burying it under a pile of charts. Clean design, real data, and a template you can reuse.
Contact MeMost reports I am asked to fix have the same problem. Too many charts, no clear narrative, and the most important number is on slide nine instead of slide one. I rebuild reports so the answer is obvious in the first thirty seconds, then back it up with the supporting data underneath. Whether it is going to your board, your team, or just sitting in your own dashboard so you can sleep at night, the goal is the same: a report you actually use to make decisions.
Every report I produce follows the same skeleton because it works. The headline metric, the one-line interpretation, three supporting charts, and a short list of decisions or asks. Investors, board members, and team leads all read the same way: they want to know whether things are good or bad in fifteen seconds, then they want to understand why.
