    The Starting Point

A growing hiring platform needed to communicate with several audiences: employers, industry associations, colleges, community organizations and job seekers. Each audience needed different information and a clear next step.

My work began with a blog post and expanded into the website, marketing materials and outreach behind the business.

    How the Work Connected

I wrote the initial article, redesigned the blog and carried the approved design into a wider website rebuild. I built audience-specific pages, worked on the navigation and mobile layouts, and connected contact forms and meeting links to the right people.

The audience distinctions also shaped the marketing. I planned social posts around the groups the platform served, designed branded content and created a school flyer template with a tracked QR code for each school. The website pages, posts and printed materials gave each audience a relevant destination.

For outreach, I researched associations and their existing job boards, checked the people to contact, prepared tailored messages and organized follow-ups. I worked with the founders' approved wording and kept replies and booked meetings out of subsequent follow-up batches.

I also built a webinar registration form that collected attendee details and questions about future training needs.

    What I Delivered

Website and blog work, including audience-specific pages and responsive layouts.

Contact routing and booking links for different enquiry types.

Audience-based social content and a content calendar.

A reusable school flyer with tracked QR codes.

Researched outreach contacts, tailored messages and follow-up sequences.

    A webinar registration form.

    The Result

The business received support across its public website, marketing materials and outreach process from one person who understood the audiences behind them. A change to a message could be carried through to the page, form, post or follow-up that used it.
