The Starting Point
A telecom service request can pass through sales, accounting, support and engineering. Those teams need consistent details about what the customer ordered, what should be built, what has been tested and what should be billed.
I supported the work across those handoffs, including paperwork checks, proforma invoices, support records and invoice quality review.
How the Work Connected
I reviewed customer paperwork and service requirements, prepared proforma invoices and maintained the supporting records for billing handoffs. I compared related tickets, documents and accounting instructions when details did not agree.
For service turn-ups, I built functional specifications from the signed order, provisioning documents and ticket history. The specifications brought the numbers, call flow, users, features, open questions and quality checks into one record. A change log recorded revisions as requirements changed.
The support side included reviewing ticket histories, identifying the next uncovered action and following up with the responsible team. I also built an operations dashboard to bring ticket ownership, status and follow-up needs into one view.
In accounting, I checked invoice batches against the agreed rules and supporting records. I turned working instructions into an onboarding pack so a new accounting hire could learn the procedures with supervision.

Technical specifications with quality-check lists and change logs.
Support follow-up records and an operations dashboard.
Billing reviews tied to the underlying instructions and service records.
Accounting procedures and onboarding material.
The Result
The work gave teams records they could use at each handoff, from the agreed service through technical checks and billing review. It also made unanswered questions visible before they were treated as settled instructions.
