What's included

Most lead magnets I see were thrown together in Canva on a Tuesday afternoon and it shows. The cover does not match the brand, the body type is whatever Canva picked, the headings jump in size for no reason, and the whole thing screams "free download from a stranger." That is a real conversion problem. People judge your business by your free PDF before they ever consider paying you. I treat eBooks like the front-of-house assets they are: branded, considered, and built so a reader trusts the next email you send them.

From manuscript to publish-ready in four steps

    • Step 1: kickoff call. I agree on the format (PDF, ePub, Kindle), the audience, the brand kit, and the page count. I ask for your manuscript and any reference covers you like.
    • Step 2: sample pages. I design the cover, table of contents, and three sample interior pages. Once you approve the look, the rest of the book is faster.
    • Step 3: full layout. I flow the manuscript into the template, place images and pull-quotes, build the index, and clean up widows, orphans, and awkward line breaks.
    • Step 4: delivery. You get the print-ready PDF plus any other formats I agreed on, the source file, and a short Loom video walking you through how to update it.
